Sagrada Familia Atic is a quiet and practical three bedroom apartment that has been entirely renovated in Spring 2011. From the balcony in the bright livingroom you will enjoy a lovely view on the worldfamous Sagrada Familia church.
This 100 m2 flat is set on a fifth floor, a top floor (with elevator, although there are three steps on the groundfloor). The pleasant living and dining room includes a well-equipped American kitchen. There are three bedrooms in total, each with a cupboard to organise your personal belongings, and a double bed (resp. 1m50, 1m35 and 1m20 wide). Two design bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower, complete the offer.

The magnificent Sagrada Familia church, work by the modernist architect Antoni Gaudí, is just nextdoors. This place is situated in the Eixample neighbourhood, just north of the famous Diagonal Avenue, at the crossing of Castillejos with Provenza Street. The neighbourhood is a middle-class residential area. There are many restaurants, bars and the typical neighbourhood shops as well as big supermarkets.
The nearest underground station is Sagrada Familia (blue and purple lines), only two blocks away from the apartment.
