Description

Poble Nou "New Village" is a historical neighbourhood turning into one of the most interesting districts in Barcelona. Yet it is also this very spacious apartment that, thanks to its excellent distribution, use of vivid colours and adequate paintings, creates a practical space where up to six persons can easily live together. The use of double glass keeps the traffic noise out.

This 110m2 flat is set on an eight floor (with elevator). It has a living and dining area with a large flat-screen TV and its own balcony, great to start the day with a breakfast here. The fully equipped and separate kitchen also has its own table. The flat offers four bedrooms, of which two, with lots of natural daylight give out on the balcony. There are two double beds and two others include a single bed. Two bathrooms (one with bath-shower combination, one with shower) complete the offer.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and nice. Not knowing Barcelona, I would have preferred an apartment closer to the center.
