Description
La Pedrera is not only the name of the world-famous building on the corner of the Paseo de Gracia built by modernist architect Antonio Gaudí, it is also the name of this lovely apartment located nearby.
The 60 m2 La Pedrera apartment is located in a beautiful modernist building. It is very quite and luminous thanks to its top location as an attic (with elevator, though you need to go up the last 18 steps on foot). There is a spacious living room with sitting and dining area, and a very well equipped American kitchen. It includes two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and the other one with a single bed. Moreover, there is a bathroom with bath/shower combination.
There is a direct access to an enormous terrace of 100 m2 with impressive views over the city. The terrace is in theory not private, but because of its situation no neighbour ever comes here, so just enjoy. Your private washing machine stands here outside.

From the apartment, located only two blocks away from the prestigious Paseo de Gracia, at the crossing of Roger de Lluria with Provenza street, you can reach many places perfectly on foot. Thanks to the nearby green and blue underground stations (Diagonal and Verdaguer), you can get to any place in the city quite fast.
