This 80m2 apartment is located on the third floor of a recent building with parking, elevator and the wonderful swimming pool. The main room is spacious and comfortable; it is divided between the living room, the dining room and the accessible kitchen through a modern bar. A sliding door separates one bedroom from the living. There are three bedrooms, one with double bed and the others with individual beds. The marble bathroom complete the offer with a bathtub.
