We welcome you to relax and feel at home after a busy day of sightseeing in our brand new apartments, which are modern, stylish and fully equipped to the last detail. All spaces have been decorated following the latest trends and the furnishings are stylish and comfortable, making you automatically feel at home.

The building’s features include an elevator, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning and all modern comforts. Chill for a bit in our cosy sofa and enjoy a bit of TV before you prepared a tasty Mediterranean dinner in our fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee machine, among others).

Discover our Design Gracia Apartments which can accommodate a group of 4 to 6 people and are ideal for couples, as well as for groups of friends or small families. The apartments feature two bedrooms and one bathroom. If your group is up to 8 people, the spacious Elegant Gracia Apartments are perfect for you! It adds a third extra bedroom and a second bathroom for larger groups.

All our apartments also count with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Aspasios Gracia Apartments are located in the heart of bohemian Gracia District, on Carrer Sant Gabriel. They are located just behind the famous Gal·la Placídia Square, an elongated and cheerful spot where you can always find people sitting on the benches and children playing around. It is a very sunny spot, which makes it ideal for winter days! It also has a large number of stores, shops and restaurants around it.

The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the emblematic tourist attractions such as La Pedrera, Casa Batlló or La Sagrada Familia, ideal for starting to know the city. Besides, the apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the proximity of the Diagonal metro stations and FGC railways in Gràcia station. In addition, there are several bus stops in the immediate vicinity, which makes it perfectly easy to visit Barcelona’s main tourist attractions comfortably.

But don’t forget where you are! This is Gracia, one of the locals’ favorite areas. That is why being located in Aspasios Gracia Apartments will allow you to enjoy a small-town atmosphere in this neighbourhood of narrow streets, multiple lively squares and few vehicles. Walk along the lively Travessera de Gràcia and Verdi Street to feel the vibes of the district and discover a shopper’s paradise. One thing that we love about Gracia is the number of independent shops. Explore through the narrow streets to discover organic health-food stores, sustainable fashion boutiques or up-cycled furniture stores and get an unforgettable memory of your holidays.

One of our favorite ways to experience local life in Spain is just sitting outside on a sunny terrace enjoying a coffee with some reading or having a drink with friends. Luckily, Gracia is full of picturesque squares lined with cosy cafés and lively bars. Plaça del Sol or Plaça Virreina are brilliant places to start and some of the most popular spots to meet and hangouts in Barcelona.

To finish our Gracia route, we will choose from one of the many hot spot restaurants suitable for the pickiest foodie traveler, as the advantage of being out of the old town is that Gràcia’s restaurants attract a mostly local crowd and often offer a more laid-back atmosphere than some of the more up-market restaurants in the center. Have a look at Con Gracia and enjoy it extra fresh ingredients and the innovative character of their recipes, or discover La Pubilla homemade Catalan cuisine, where the menu changes daily. Last but not least, we have Roig Robí, a restaurant that opened its doors in 1986 and since then it offers a seasonal menu cooked with ‘love and honesty’ ¡Que aproveche!
