Please note:

  • 7 days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to complete the self-check-in process. Once completed, you will receive instructions on how to access your apartment.
  • Tourist tax: Not included in the total price of the booking. The charge is €3 per guest per night with a maximum charge of seven nights. Children 13 years and under are exempt from the tax.
  • Cleaning: Included at the end of your stay. Bookings of more than 7 nights also include a mid-stay cleaning. Other additional cleaning is at extra charge and upon request. 

Rates:

  • Flexible cancellation rate: The total price of your booking will be charged 48 hours before your arrival. If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival date, there will be no additional charge. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show will result in your credit card being charged 100% of the total price of your stay.
  • Non-refundable rate: Non-refundable rates do not allow for modification or cancellation. The charge is made in advance at the time of booking.
