We have made a list for you of some of the Greek restaurants in Barcelona
Restaurant Dionisos
Dionisos is a small group of Greek restaurants in Barcelona. Greek Ioannis Golias opened the first Dionisos in 1993 at Carrer Comte d’Urgell in Barcelona. Much has happened since then but today, more than twenty years later, the restaurants run by Grupo Dionisos are still a piece of his homeland that make us travel to Hellenic lands through our palate. Nowadays they offer different restaurants around the city where you can enjoy top quality products imported directly from Greece.
Dionisos elaborates homemade traditional recipes with a modern touch.
Dishes: Moussaka (layers of eggplant, potato and ground beef baked with béchamel). Giouvetsi (Greek pasta with beef in tomato sauce baked with feta). Soutsoukakia (meatballs with wine, tomato sauce and cumin). Dolmades (grape leaves stuffed with rice and meat). Lamb Exohikó (Greek pastry stuffed with lamb, vegetables and cheese). Pasticho (Greek macaroni with minced meat and béchamel).

Greece has a curious tradition: breaking the dishes! This is made as an expression of happiness and joy. In each celebration or reunion, there are bought several dishes made of faience. They are smashed into the floor following a traditional dance. Join this celebration and come to see the show in La Tabera Griega!
