The Apartment is situated in a Perfect spot, and is so quiet at night, you hardly know you are in a big city. Great With sunny terrace!

We had a wonderful visit to Barcelona and loved the apartment in terms of comfort, cleanliness, safety, and location.
Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? The customer service was great. I dealt with Soraya Sosa, who deserves a medal for her patience!
What should we improve? When I booked, I had to ask for a confirmation receipt for my deposit on the apartment, which I shouldn't have had to ask for. Also, when I went back tp the website later to book an airport transfer, I needed to get special instructions from Soraya; it wasn't clear from the website how to do that. It would be great if the web pages for the apartments included a floor plan. Finally, before arrival, I would have liked more information about arrival procedure. I had thought someone from Aspasios would meet us at the apartment, not the owner. But these are small things. Overall our experience with Aspasios was excellent.

What should we improve? You are operation as a hotel basically so you need to have an organised folder for each individual apartment where customer can quickly find what it needs. Those folders could be done in one format.
