We stayed here for five nights. As the kitchen was well equiped and fresh igredients were readily available from near-by markets, we ended up cooking dinner every night instead of eating out. The location was perfect for our purpose of the stay this time (which is to run the Marato Barcelona that starts and ends in Plaza Espagna).

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Maintenance of the apartments was excellent. Furniture and electrical appliances are in perfect conditions and the bathroom was super clean. The water pressure from shower was strong and it drained well, which was a postive surprise. As you also gave a warning about the noise from the street in your website, our expectation was well managed in advance. If one is used to fall asleep in front of TV (like ourselves), probably he/she will be able to sleep through the noise from the street in this apartment. Lastly, we really appreciated your flexibility to meet our travel schedule. Despite our late arrival at night, someone from your office dropped by to hand over the keys. The check-in process including payment was very quick and smooth. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The fully-equipped kitchen, the superb location, the ultra-comfortable bed, the very nice modern finish of the entire apartment, the very professional staff, the list goes on and on. What should we improve? Cleaning, towels and bathroom toiletries. Owner should have provided extra towels for a stay longer than 3 days - we were there for a full week, an english language TV channel would not hurt having.

We had a great stay overall. Even though the apartment was rather out of our budget, we felt we got good value for money, and would recommend it to others.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? The apartment had everything we needed, except maybe a full-length mirror, and we appreciated that a washing machine and ironing facility were at hand. The apartment was very quiet, and very central, and we felt very safe. Definitely great value for money.
What should we improve? The only criticism I could have is that there was a bit of a lack of communication on our arrival and departure. We unfortunately only had text roaming, and could not phone, and it did not appear our texts delivered to Javier's phone, although others in Europe seemingly received texts we sent them. As such, we waited for quite a while outside the flat, before having to phone from a public phone to let him know we were there. Similarly, when we left, we arranged to meet at a certain time to give back the keys, but Javier did not appear, and it was only after we had to phone from a public phone that he said he was not able to meet and for us to rather leave our keys back in the apartment, which was slightly inconvenient, as we then left later for the airport than we planned.

5 jours super dans un très bel appartement et une très belle ville.

una settimana divertente per noi e i nostri cuccioli di 2 e 5 anni. gradevole soggiorno con confort e pulizia ottimi, centrale e ben collegato con metro e bus a piazza di spagna, allo zoo, a montjuc, a park guell ma anche piacevole a piedi dato che è a pochi minuti da placa di catalunya, dai siti modernisti.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement en mai 2012, je vous le recommande sans hésitation. La suite Gran Via 1 est lumineuse et de style moderne. L'agence est disponible pour répondre avec soin aux questions/ besoins du vacancier.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? L'appartement répondait à nos attentes: - très bien situé: facilité d'accès pour se rendre à la Rambla (+/- 20min de marche), aux supermarchés (à 2 rues)… Bouche de métro et arrêt de l'aérobus très proche; - équipement fonctionnel; - propreté; On entend le bruit de la circulation mais c'est supportable et pas tellement dérangeant pour s'endormir. Les rideaux sont occultants. A noter que le quartier est calme et sûr. Aucun soucis pour les check-in/out également.

Sunny apartment is quiet when the windows are closed, in a great location just a few blocks from Gay Eixample.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Clean apartment with a friendly, trusting owner. Appropriate amount of clear communication from Aspasios leading up to the rental.
What should we improve? The bed is thin, cheap, and uncomfortable. Also, only one set of towels was provided for an entire week, and they started smelling of mildew on the second day.

The Apartment is situated in a Perfect spot, and is so quiet at night, you hardly know you are in a big city. Great With sunny terrace!

We had a wonderful visit to Barcelona and loved the apartment in terms of comfort, cleanliness, safety, and location.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? The customer service was great. I dealt with Soraya Sosa, who deserves a medal for her patience!
What should we improve? When I booked, I had to ask for a confirmation receipt for my deposit on the apartment, which I shouldn't have had to ask for. Also, when I went back tp the website later to book an airport transfer, I needed to get special instructions from Soraya; it wasn't clear from the website how to do that. It would be great if the web pages for the apartments included a floor plan. Finally, before arrival, I would have liked more information about arrival procedure. I had thought someone from Aspasios would meet us at the apartment, not the owner. But these are small things. Overall our experience with Aspasios was excellent.

What should we improve? You are operation as a hotel basically so you need to have an organised folder for each individual apartment where customer can quickly find what it needs. Those folders could be done in one format.

We had a wonderful time staying in your apartment Gran Via A. The apartments met all of our needs and was ideal for a family of four. The apartment was stylish and clean and the building was conveniently located in central Barcelona. We found the apartment in excellent condition and was presented as advertized.

Our stay in the Gran Via apartment was excellent and ensured we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday in the beautiful city of barcelona. Arrival couldnt be easier. Our plane was early but a quick phone call to aspasios ensured that someone would be present in the flat to greet us (the aprtment is only 15mins away from the airport). The apartment was beautiful, clean and roomy with numerous great touches (such as DVD player, and CD player and a fully fitted kitchen). It was also really central, allowing us to visit all Barcelona had to offer. However, i should point out that it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Our agent (Olivier) was excellent and spent a good deal of time recommending places to visit (both inside and outside barcelona), places to eat (all not in the guide book and all very good) and places not to go. Local supermarkets, trains and metros were also highlighted. Other important tourist aspects were also highlighted (i.e. medical, emergency etc). All this came along with a useful map of the city which we used throughout the week. This ensured our stay was relaxiing and really really enjoyable. Leaving was just as straightforward. After a quick check of the apartment we hopped in a taxi. I would definately recommend aspasios to friends and anyone who would like a relaxing and luxourious holiday. Hopefully we would use you again in future.

"Although it has taken us some time to send this letter it does not take away the warm thoughts and gratefulness we feel towards you and your staff for our lovely apartment. You all contributed to us having a wonderful time. We had the unfortunate experience of someone taking our belongings but Olivier was so helpful and spent extra time with us to assure that we were able to take care of our business. He was exceptional in his advice as to where to go, how to get to the US Consulate, where to eat, and just how to get around. Any time we called the office for information or small repairs everything was immediately handled. We feel ever grateful to have met some nice people and the apartment itself more than met our needs. We look forward to returning to Barcelona again someday, and we certainly would want to do business with you again. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family. Lovely family apartment, spacious, clean and fully equipped. Within easy access to town centre and a fabulous restaurant just across the street!

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Great location with all the modern comforts of a well-serviced apartment. The caretaker helped us immediately when our suitcases got stuck in the lift on our arrival!

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and centrally located. We had a wonderful stay and found the apartment to be a very good value.

What should we improve? We had requested a cot and high chair which were not available on arrival. There are a few kitchen items that are broken (espresso machine, blender), nothing major but it was a pain to discover in the middle of cooking.

Estuvimos en familia una semana en el apartamento Gran Via, amplio, cómodo, moderno, bien localizado y bien equipado. La atención de la agencia impecable, gentiles y dispuestos, su personal cuenta con mi gratitud y reconocimiento. Al llegar al aeropuerto de Barcelona utilizamos un servicio de taxi indicado por la agencia Aspasios que funcionó muy bien (mas caro que un taxi normal..). El apartamento es cercano al metro y a la plaza Cataluña.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Very professional service by staff meeting us and letting us into the apartment.
What should we improve? Windows were quite difficult to shut and therefore cut down on traffic noise. Otherwise we could not fault it.

The unit is thoughtfully and smartly furnished, with a few exceptions, and was a pleasure to come home to after busy days.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Jordi was very helpful and attentive in our check-in process - outstanding.
What should we improve? The apartment is extremely loud (street noise), and double paned windows would help a great deal. A reading lamp is needed in the living room area. TV was lacking international channels. Some shelving or cabinetry in the bathroom would be appreciated.

The flat was in good condition and very clean. The staff were super professional and friendly too.

What should we improve? The flat was quite cold, as it relies on 1 single AC unit. The kitchen lacked some basic things such as an electric kettle and mugs. Small stuff really, that didn't cause any problems.

we had a realy nice stay in Gran Via appartment.The position is very comfortable, near to the center. The only minus of the appartment is that it is noisy.

Good weekend in a tidy and well equipped apartment, really liked the building and location. Good customer service when we had issues.

What should we improve? It would be good to have at least one clean done over a 4-5 day stay. I also feel that all the extra charges are too much and made the booking very expensive. These charged are not very clear when booking.
