Stayed in the Urquinaona top floor with my wife and two elementary school age children for 3.5 weeks -- fantastic. The flat was very nice, in a great location, the Aspasios staff were very helpful, and the patio was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this superb, comfortable and centrally located apartment.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Care and customer service provided at check in time by your staff.
What should we improve? My only suggestion is to remove the signs on the main door that mark the apartments as vacation rentals. We had an incident with con artists at the front door on a quiet Sunday evening and I believe it was because they knew we were tourists.

très bel appartement, propre, bien situé, avec terrasse pour les apéritifs du soir, aucun bruit intérieur, rue assez bruyante sauf de nuit. Idéal pour un séjour à Barcelone de plusieurs jours

What should we improve? informations concernant les heures d'arrivée et de départ, insuffisance du personnel pour des interventions ponctuelles: ampoules manquantes, pas de balai ni de pelle, aucune personne ne s'est déplacé malgré nos demandes. Attention: la caution qui devait simplement mise en réserve a en fait été encaissée immédiatement!! et je ne vous dis pas le cirque pour la récupérer

Lovely and comfortable apartment located in a quiet area close to centre. Good wi-fi. One of the best places we had on our 6 week Europe trip.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? The helpful information given to us by the person who greeted us at the apartment, and the quality of appliances and wi-fi was really appreciated.
What should we improve? Only negative was the shower being hand hold only as the wall fitting was broken.

el apartamento perfecto, a no ser por las obras en la fachada y que no podiamos abrir las ventanas, nos lo debian de haber advertido.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Cleanliness, position of Apartment, Service of Aspasios staff before and during stay, Private Terrace
What should we improve? Confirm with me the late check out on the first day would have made the stay even more enjoyable and would have meant a "10" above. I am grateful for the flexibility shown to me but it would just have been more comfortable to have known early in the stay. The lift! Now the season is over please clean the shower head and refit the curtain poles. I actually have a lump on my head where it fell on me!

The aparment was just as good as the pictures in the website showed. Very comfortable, clean and modern.

As a family of 4, with 2 very tall teenagers, we found the place extremely well situated, roomy enough and very comfortable.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Clean, modern but still with character, well-equipped, the place is very pleasant. I particularly loved the espresso machine!
What should we improve? We had to deal with unclogging the bathroom sink and shower stall upon arrival (which was fortunately easy enough using the plunger that was there!).

It was great alternative to a hotel, traveling with children. The flat has enough space and js in line with the description: bright, nice decor and all mod cons provided.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Nice service team,we didn't have to wait very long for the team to show up with the keys - many thanks to Julieta, who also provided local information! All appliances in good working order, nice sheets and towels provided, apartment was very clean and a welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch!
What should we improve? the elevator - is VERY small. for people with kids/buggies - very tight.. we had a confirmation for a 1st floor apartment and in the end when we arrived we were placed in the 4th floor apartment - better view of course but more difficulties fitting the family in the lift in shifts.

What should we improve? Apartment had not been cleaned after previous tenants/prior to our arrival. Check in took a long time - phoned from the airport to confirm check-in then waited outside the flat for 30 or 40 mins for someone to arrive. Person checking us in was very nice and apologetic that the flat hadn't been cleaned but it took nearly an hour to change the sheets and actually check in. Operating instructions for appliances [washing machine] only available in Spanish. Some of apartment doors don't close properly

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? There was a last minute hitch and our previously agreed check-in time had to be delayed, which caused inconvenience. The actual check-in reception was very good - Karol was amazing. We were also trying to arrange for a taxi to take us to the airport, and that was frustrating because our emails were not attended to for more than a week, and I had to make calls to the office subsequently, which was expensive.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Barcelona, but convenient for the centre attractions and public transport.

The flat is well furnished and equipped, close to the city centre (10 min walk), in an agreeable surrounding

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? comfortable flat: lots of space and many rooms well-equipped kitchen
What should we improve? no window with a view bunk bed in the children's bedroom: barrier not high enough for security on top of the bed

Very pleasant stay in a very good quality, well equiped and comfortable apartment.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Very efficient check-in service. Very useful to have Wifi connection in the apartment. Particularly when I need to check some work email daily.
What should we improve? 4 light bulbs blown during our stay of a week. Although it's not a problem but would be even nicer if better qaulity bulbs or low energy bulbs were used. The WiFi for the apartment did not work, but fortunately we can connect to the neighbouring apartments under the same management.

The accommodation was exactly as we expected. Clean comfortable and with everything we required. The check in was smooth and efficient. Would definitely book an apartment with this Company again.

What should we improve? When sending invoices/your telephone number to non Spanish add the 00 34, we did not know it and spent 3 hours thinking we had a disconnected number and no apartment until a very helpful receptionist in a hotel helped us.

Very nice rental: the apartment was large, very confortable, well decorated , very fonctional for a short stay with a family. Aspasios team is helpfull and professional.We recommand Aspasios apartments definitly

There were 7 of us for a family city break, the appartment was very large and in a great location.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? We were met at the apparment on arrival no problem it was clean and well presented, Aspasios communicated well with us via email and phone.
What should we improve? There were no oven proof dishes if you wanted to eat in and use the oven.

The location is quite convenient to visit the city. The appartment is big and well equipped.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? People from the agency is very kind and efficent.
What should we improve? Verifcation of the correct function of the devices (hot water for shower arrives and goes but the issue was solved rapidly within the day)

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Quality of accommodation, spacious apartment, met by representative on time, cot and high chair promptly put together when we reported them missing.
What should we improve? Roof garden door would not open so this space was not avilable.
