We are in BCN for 3 months due to a complex medical procedure. The apartment is large and complete. It has everything you need and more! The Grand Gracia is simply an excellent part of BCN. The staff at Apasios found this since I could not step into a normal bathtub after the operation. They were efficient and extremely considerate of my condition. You can trust them......

Very nice stay in Barcelona in a modern and comfortable apartment, spacious, where all our needs were satisfied : good located near a metro station, supermarkets, touristic areas; 2 bedrooms, kitchen full-equipated...

What should we improve? 1. Случилось некоторое недоразумение с апартаментами при въезде, которое, впрочем, было быстро и благополучно устранено. 2. Информацию о self check-in на e-mail желательно получать не в день заезда днем, а хотя бы накануне, учитывая, что у нас, например, в этот день было два стыковочных рейса и почту от Aspasios с важной информацией о въезде удалось просмотреть совершенно случайно.

We spent a wonderful week in Barcelona. Accommodation in Aspasios crowned the experience.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Modern well equipped kitchen. Two bath rooms. Moderate distance from metro, shopping streets, attractions and the city center.
What should we improve? Thicker and warmer blankets in the beds would be appreciated as well as coat rack in the entrance hallway.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? The Manager Mr Diego Morandi could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you Sir.
What should we improve? Our apartment was lacking cooking utensils, we only had one small pan and two frying pans, which made it difficult to cook a full Christmas dinner, luckily we found a Chinese store open on Christmas eve and managed to buy tin foil dishes. Other than that every thing perfect.

Комфортно и по размещению и по местоположению в городе. Готовили в апартаментах, продукты покупали на рынке и в магазинах в округе. Масса положительных впечатлений. Постоянно интересовались все ли у нас ок и не нужно ли нам что-либо.

Fantastic facilities, great location but could be more customer focused

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? The quality of the apartment and it's facilities were top-notch - everything thought of for a comfortable stay
What should we improve? Quality of service. The reception was un-manned over the weekend so nt made to feel welcome or helped to get to get the most out of my first visit to Barcelona. Focus of staff when it was manned was only on making sure all outstanding payments were made rather than making sure I was getting the best service.

Loved the big space in the apartment and the friendly and helpful service from the staff.

Lo compramos y cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando el día que nos hicieron la limpieza del apartamento nos pusieron lo que debería haber estado ahí el primer dia....

What should we improve? There is no information about reception work hours. I booked 6 months before the trip but received an auto check in information email only 3 days before when I was not able to read it. Cleaning is not very good, problems opening the door. Some things are uncomfortable - no kitchen knife, no shelves to put clothes.

Apartment was very clean, furnished, modern and had facilities like WiFi and TV. Location was very good. Had no complaints what so ever. Would definitely book again when I visit Barcelona again!

We had an excellent stay in the apartments last week. It provided everything we needed for a city break. The apartment was immaculate and Xavier, Carlos and Andres were extremely helpful and accomodating.It was surprisingly quiet and also loved the electronic shutter over the balcony doors.Loved the area and all of Barcelona city! Would definitely recommend and would happily return here. Many thanks, The Baker family.

What should we improve? We think there is little to improve in fact, the only thing that would have made it any better was if you had a swimming pool, as would have been nice to have a dip when we returned from our day out. But, appreciate in this location this is probably not practical.

Fantastic comfortable modern apartment with every amenity you could need!

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Well equipped kitchen including washer/dryer. Secure location. Very attentive and friendly staff. Easy check-in and out.
What should we improve? Internet access - mix up with codes prevented access to wifi. Advance warning that the car park is only suitable for small cars - very narrow - and very difficult for anything mid size or larger.

What should we improve? TV channels are not usable; I mean there are many channels but not an interesting one; even a Spanish channel for watching Real Madrid - Athletico Madrid. In addition, we just had a problem by getting hot water in shower after one of us had shower. It needed some time (more than 1 hour) to get hot water for other person.

I was stay there for 7 nights with my friends. The room was really big and comfortable. They cleaned up the apartment everyday. And staff there are really nice and helpful. Before I got there, I mailed to them several times and they always answered my questions very quickly and let me feel that they really care about your need, everything was just perfect. big thanks to Diego G. Morandi and Yasmina Cánovas for all of your help. :) :)

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? The koffie, thee and things to start with the first day of your vacation. And the apt. is so complete!

Very convinient, beatifully decorated and modern flat.Blue and Red metro stations about 10-15 minutes walk.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Diego and Yasmina were friendly and helpful. the flat is big, quiet and beatiful.
What should we improve? Cleaners seem to ignore floors and under beds... also you should replace broken or missing furniture immeadeatly . We waited for 6 nights....NO LINEN OR TOWEL CHANGE IS A DISADVANTAGE.

We stayed one week and the apartment was a quiet and comfortable place.

What should we improve? Very expensive to arrive outside of the reception hours. Fees are high.

Which aspects of our service do you appreciate most? Speedy responses to emails/questions and the cleanliness of the apartment
What should we improve? We had issues with parking; Diego helped sort it out but the parking attendant was frankly hopeless. Also, why not provide washing powder on check-in just for a couple of laundry loads?
