Appartamento veramente comodo, dotato di tutti i confort: ci siamo sentiti veramente "a casa"; descrizione corrispondente al vero. L'appartamento è anche più bello che dalle foto: c'è una spaziosa cabina armadio e aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Il letto della cameretta un po' piccolo per due adulti (matrimoniale alla francese piccolo), ma per due bambini va bene. Se ritornassimo a Barcellona, sicuramente torneremo nello stesso appartamento o in un altro consigliato da "Aspasios"

We enjoyed our stay at Grace Garden, the apartment was cute and charming. The location is a little noisy (local neighborhood noise which is almost constant), and the apartment itself was missing a few essential amenities such as a spatula for cooking, pepper, sugar for coffee and tea, and serving bowls. The lighting for the general space was also a bit wanting (this is something we noticed because we are artists and like to work late, so lighting is important to us). All that being said, it was a perfect location for where we wanted to be--5 min. walk to La Sagrada Familia and Metro was easy to everything else. The apartment itself was cute, loved the second floor and terrace, although the terrace could use a comfy chair for lounging up there. Would definitely use Aspasios again--the communication wasn't always perfect but everyone was very nice and helpful whenever possible. Thanks for a lovely stay in Barcelona!

The apartment is beautiful, and exactly like the (few) pictures on the website illustrate. The location is awesome: near 2 metro stations, and a short walk from parc montjuic, plaza d'espanya and the seaside. The street where it's located, though, is too narrow, and the morning light doesn't enter the apartment. It's also next to the Plataforma club, which can be noisy some nights. Overall the apartment is so beautiful and well located that our stay as a couple was awesome, and we'll gladly return to B2 the next time we come visit Barcelona.

We found the staff at Aspasios very helpful. The apartment was great, and in a fantastic area. In particular Lykke helped us so much when we had a problem at the post office. This was not in her work description at all but she really went out of her way to help us when we were in a bind and could not communicate effectively with Spanish customs. She even wrote them a letter on our behalf and called them for us. We will never forget such kindness.

The apartment was fabulous. I traveled with my mother and teenage son for 9 days and we had easy access to everything. The largest shopping mall center in Barcelona was just 4 minute walk from the apartment which gave us easy access to grocery mall as well as 5 minute walk to the beach (200m). It's about a 7 minute walk to the closest metro station which gave us easy and quick access to every possible site one would want to visit in Barcelona. The apartment was impeccable and the balcony is unbelievable. Great view of the beach and city on 2 façades of the building. The apartment is very well equipped with plenty of dishes/pots/pans and very modern decorate. The only slight improvement comment would be the comfort of the bunk beds in the 2 smaller bedrooms. They were both small cot beds. My son, you is 5 foot 9 inches tall was longer than the mattress and had his feet sticking out. The view, balcony and quietness and security from the building made up for this slight inconvenience. Enjoying the jacuzzi bath after a long day in the city was wonderful. The building is extremely clean and very secure with security guard at the main entrance. The pool was very clean and very enjoyable as well even though we didn't get a chance to enjoy it as much as we would have like to due to the weather. In addition, having this great spacious and covered balcony allowed us to stay out on the porch even when it was raining. I will strongly be recommending this apartment to my friends. In addition, the service that we received from the moment we arrived in Barcelona by Katia was wonderful. She met us at the appartment as soon as we arrived in Barcelona and she arranged to meet with us on time at the end of our stay to ensure we made it back on time at the airport even though it was raining. The appartment is just a minute away from taxi stand which is across from the Hilton hotel at the next corner street./When we arrived, the curtain drop down in one of the smaller rooms needed to be fixed as it wouldn't close and Katia arranged to have someone come the same day as our arrival at the end of the day to fix it. Great service. Thank you again to the team.

Great experience. Everything about the apartment was great! Everything. It was just like in the pictures shown in the website. Classy, spacious, comfortable. The bath was a plus after a long walking day in the city. The kitchen also very big and with everything necessary to cook. The bedrooms ok as well and the living was really cozy. All the apartment great but the nicest thing was the terrace. Every breakfast and dinner we had it on the terrace and we loved it! Although we were in March the weather was feeling like summer and our son had the chance to play a lot outside and us we were happy to know he was in a safe environment (high wooden walls all around the terrace. By the way, the location was excellent (just one block from nearest metro station -Girona)and a few blocks from Paseo de Gracia, one of the nicest avenues of Barcelona with all the trendy shops. Perfect aparment for a single couple or a couple with one kid (small bedroom had a single bed) and big bedroom had a double bed.

we would like to thank you for the professional service and therefore write a testimonial for the website. The Sagrada Familia appartment was very nice, bright and quiet. It was very conviently located near the Sagrada Familia and only a 2-minutewalk away from the metrostation. Carlos made us feel right at home and we were pleased by the flexibility concerning our very early check-out time. In the appartment we did miss some essential kitchenequipment (kitchen knife and some more/bigger pots f.e., but that may be because we cooked a lot) but other than that the appartment fitted our needs perfectly. We would certainly recommend it to everyone, including people travelling with young children (our daughter was 21 months).

Diagonal is a nice place to live. Very near (5 min walk) one of the biggest shopping centers in Barcelone and with a convenient subway station at less than 10 min on foot. The flat is very confortable and well equipped. The only drawback is to fin a place in the street to park the car. But there is a possibility in the shopping center. And of course Barcelona is a fantastic city.

This appartment is well furnitured, but most off all very good situated in the centre and the shops, rambla, mode, restaurants all on a walking distance.Also the connections with metro and busses are great for further distance places and the playa. Also the service of the friendly people on the bureau is very well organised. One phonecall and the complaint is directly getting solved. Because of the double glassed frontsite you donot hear a noice of the very busy street/trafaclights square beneath. Believe it or not.....So far, I have not had a bad experience at all, while renting this appartment.

We stayed in this apartment for a month and it was an excellent base. We had expensive computer equipment with us so wanted something secure that wasn't too close to the busy city centre. There's a metro station 5 minutes walk from the apartment that takes you straight to Placa Catalunya in about 10 minutes. Nearby there is a large shopping centre with many restaurants and shops. There's also many good bars within a 5 minute walk. The Aspasios staff are extremely professional and the check in orientation was very thorough - they showed us in detail how to use the air con, oven, security system, keys etc. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and secure stay in Barcelona.

A lovely two bedroom apartment centrally located. Very clean and relaxing. The people who helped us with any problems, Karol and Lycke are to be highly recommnend. They were very friendly welcoming and reassuring. When we had a few problems such as the overflow pipe for the airconditioning not being connected causing water to flow from the first bathroom ceiling onto the floor, they were there to assist. Also when there was not enough electricity for the whole building because not enough was available for full occupancy, Karol and Lycke tried to be helpful within their limited abilities. Unfortunately because of poor forward planning by the owners we were without electricity for a day. Fortunately we Australians are resilient and did not let the problems affect our holidays. Overall our stay was good and I would recommend the apartment to others. Please send by thanks and good wishes to Lycke and Karol for their wonderful help and friendship.

This lovely flat was a great base from which to see Barcelona. Almost everywhere in the centre is easy walking distance, including the Sagrada and sights to the north, and the local metro stations are ideal for covering the rest of town. A pretty area, with good local markets, well served by this well equipped, clean and comfortable flat. Being high up on a relatively quiet street meant for clean air and good views - but I should mention that if you're not a fan of stairs it might not be for you. Very highly recommended.

I stayed in Barcelona last week and the service I received from Aspasios was excellent. I was met on time, tha accommodation was as described on their site and the departure went smoothly. Part way through, due to an error, I was electronically locked out of my apartment, very late at night, which may have been an administrative error, however, this was rectified very quickly and politely. Often it is not only good service that is worthy of comment but the service when something has gone wrong. I will doubtless use them again for future visits.

The apartment was in very good condition and we appreciated the good ventilation available through the front and rear windows as well as the good light for much of the day. The DSL line for our lap-top was a great convenience for both news and communication, something I would not want to be without during such a long stay. After a few days we felt quite at home. My wife and I were very pleased in our dealings with Apasios to obtain a short term apartment rental in Barcelona. We were in Madrid and ready to leave for Barcelona when we received an email from Aspasios informing us that the apartment building we were going to had had a flood and could not accomodate us. However, another apartment was made available to us and it was perfect.The new apartment was located in north central Barcelona, close to a Metro station. I just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed staying at the apartment as it was very well located for our family. Thank you for your assistance with booking this apartment. A real bonus was being able to pay with credit card to avoid carrying large sums of cash when travelling. We were very impressed with your level of service and helpfulness. The kitchen was excellent and the apartment nice and quiet. Probably the only thing that was a problem was the size of the second bedroom which for our two adult daughters was too small to fit two beds in and allow them to get in and out of the bedroom.

Our stay in the Gran Via apartment was excellent and ensured we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday in the beautiful city of barcelona.
Arrival couldnt be easier. Our plane was early but a quick phone call to aspasios ensured that someone would be present in the flat to greet us (the aprtment is only 15mins away from the airport). The apartment was beautiful, clean and roomy with numerous great touches (such as DVD player, and CD player and a fully fitted kitchen). It was also really central, allowing us to visit all Barcelona had to offer. However, i should point out that it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Our agent (Olivier) was excellent and spent a good deal of time recommending places to visit (both inside and outside barcelona), places to eat (all not in the guide book and all very good) and places not to go. Local supermarkets, trains and metros were also highlighted. Other important tourist aspects were also highlighted (i.e. medical, emergency etc). All this came along with a useful map of the city which we used throughout the week. This ensured our stay was relaxiing and really really enjoyable.
Leaving was just as straightforward. After a quick check of the apartment we hopped in a taxi.
I would definately recommend aspasios to friends and anyone who would like a relaxing and luxourious holiday.
