Situated next to Parque Araba in the city centre, The Araba Apartment is a two bedroom and one bathroom apartment fully refurbished in 2009.

Thanks to its large windows and light wall colours it is a bright holiday apartment.
As we walk in, to the left there is an open plan lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette. In the lounge area, there is a comfortable sofa bed and a flat screen 37’ TV. Next to it is the dining area.

Opposite you will find the two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two twin beds. Next to them there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with shower.

In the surrounding area there are all sorts of bars, restaurants and grocery shops. This vacation apartment is just five minute walk from the famous La Concha beach and only ten from the Old Town.
