The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a Belle Epoch style building with elevator and was completely refurbished two years ago. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances and wares. The apartment also features a small balcony overlooking a small interior courtyard.

Moneo is only a five-minute walk from the citys best known beach, La Concha. Another highly recommended walk is up Monte Urgull at the foot of the old city, or around the Paseo Nuevo seaside promenade with views to the waters of the Bay of Biscay, then down the stairs to the fishing port and back again to the city's Old Town.
