The apartment is located beside the city's Old Town in an area of Belle Epoch-style buildings with views of the sea and Zurriola Beach.

Miramar is the newest of these buildings, reconstructed 15 years ago and equipped with all the conveniences of a modern apartment building (elevator, car park, concierge). It is one of several sandstone buildings along the seafront with balconies overlooking the Atlantic.

Besides its location, perhaps the most outstanding features of this seventh-floor apartment are the panoramic views of the sea and the beach.

Mirador has one bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower and tub.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook and a table.

The open plan living/dining room area is the largest room in the apartment and features four windows facing the sea. It is furnished with two comfortable sofas, one of which opens into a double bed, making the apartment suitable for up to four guests.

Miramar also has an allocated parking space.

The apartment is just beside the Old Town, where most of the city's pintxo bars and restaurants can be found. Just a few short blocks away is one of the city's most attractive markets, La Bretxa, featuring a variety of traditional shops and modern clothing stores.

Right out the door is the beautiful Paseo Nuevo seafront promenade. The walkway circles Monte Urgull - with some of the best views of the city from the top - drops down to the fishing port and leads back to the Old Town and La Concha Beach.
