Апартаменты, площадью 60 м2, находятся на втором этаже (в доме есть лифт). Очень просторная, светлая гостиная-столовая с частично отделенной хорошо оборудованной кухней. Из гостиной есть выход на замечательный балкон. Две спальные комнаты, обе с балконами, обращенным во внутренний дворик. В одной спальне двуспальная кровать и вместительный шкаф, в другой односпальная и дополнительная кровати, плюс шкаф. Две ванных комнаты: первая - большая, отделанная черным мрамором, с ванной и душем, вторая - с душевой кабинкой.

The building is located very close to Plaza Universitat and at a walking distance from Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas. Its a quiet but entertaining area, with restaurants, coffees and some modernists buildings to around such as Casa Batlló.
