Girona Apartment is a pleasant, quiet and spacious apartment which has been entirely refurbished early 2010. It perfectly combines historical features of a modernist building like wooden beams, original floor tiles and doors, with contemporary paintings and vivid colours. Thanks to its location in the heart of the elegant Eixample neighbourhood with its impressive 19th century modernist houses, this flat offers the ideal location both to live the daily life among the locals and to explore the city and its historic spots on foot. The apartment is located on Girona street, only two blocks away from Urquinaona Square and the famous Gran Via avenue. Plaza Catalunya and the Old City with the Ribera and Sant Pere area are only a few steps away. All around you will find the elegant and practical shops, restaurants and bars so typical of the Eixample district. You will arrive at the underground stops Urquinaona (red and yellow lines) and Tetuan (purple line) within a five minute walk, though this location is also great to reach many places on foot.
