Его дочь жила здесь на первом этаже. И дом, и весь район Эшампеле (Eixample) пронизаны великолепием буржуазии конца 19 века, когда люди знали, как соединить шик и практичность. Район Эшампеле (Eixample), как и исторический центр, который находится по соседству, можно обойти пешком. Апартаменты площадью 120 м2 имеют очень практичную планировку. Просторная гостиная рядом с кухней (отдельная маленькая комната для стиральной машинки). Три спальных комнаты - все достаточно просторные и с большими платяными шкафами. Две спальных комнаты выходят окнами на улицу, однако двойной стеклопакет обеспечивает хорошую звукоизоляцию. Одна из этих спален с двуспальной кроватью и другая с двумя односпальными. Третья спальная комната выходит во внутренний двор и имеет диван-кровать и кушетку. Большой плюс этих апартаментов, который, как правило, сложно найти в Барселоне - две полностью оборудованные, отделанные мрамором ванные комнаты, обе с ванной и душем.

Both the building and the Eixample area with its lovely modernist houses breath the grandeur of the late-nineteenth century bourgeoisie which knew how to marry class and practical daily life. The Eixample district as well as the old city centre, which is nearby, can be discovered on foot.
Just in front of the apartment one can take the red underground line (stop Urgell), either to go in 4-5 minutes to Plaza Catalunya or to the fairground Plaza España. The direct airport bus stops nearby. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops are all around.
