How are our apartments?
Aspasios offers an exclusive selection of serviced apartments in Barcelona.
Our apartments have been carefully chosen on the basis of location, design and quality and have been specially designed to help expatriates, business travellers and other demanding customers feel at home in a new city. Apasios apartments in Barcelona are located in the city centre and business areas (Les Corts – Diagonal, Eixample, Poble Nou - Districte 22@) or residential areas (Pedralbes, Sarria, Sant Gervasi, Gracia). All our apartments offer the following features:
- quality furniture and equipment
- a completely furnished kitchen (including kettle, coffee machine and toaster)
- TV
- DVD
- radio-CD player
- bed linen and towels
- hair dryer
- bath set (soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion)
- washing machine
- vacuum cleaner

Aspasios does not only act as a link between tenants and owners: we totally manage our properties and take direct care of check-in/out operations, cleaning and maintenance services.

Extra services
While booking an apartment, you might also have other needs, apart from just accommodation. That is why we created our services department, which will make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. You can book other services upon request, like airport transfer, food baskets, cleaning and laundry as well as laptop or mobile phone rental.

Prices
With Aspasios, there are no hidden costs on our apartment rentals. The temporary rentals price always includes:
- accommodation
- energy and water, provided a reasonable use
- local phone calls (if present)
- use of sheets and towels
- a weekly cleaning service and a cleaning service at the end of your stay
- agency fee
- VAT (7%)
However, the price does not include the check-in and check-out global fee: 25 €.
You might eventually have some extra costs:
- extra per person per night, from the third person (amount varies according to the apartment)
- in case of arrival later than 20h00: 30 €
- in case of departure prior to 08h00: 30 €
- in case of arrival or departure on Sunday: 30 €
- the complementary services that are hired
Payments may be settled by credit card, bank transfer or cash. However, payment of the outstanding amount by credit card when arriving at the apartment is not available in all cases.
Prices may vary in function of the season, high season including mainly Holy Week (Easter), July, August, Christmas-New Year, and specific congresses. Furthermore, prices vary according to the length of stay, the size, characteristics and location of the apartment.
