How to book
Select the apartment of your choice. Use the search fields to quickly locate the apartment that suits you most.
If you are looking for a temporary rental (i.e.: less than 120 days), you will be able to book it on line. Otherwise, please contact our office to inform us of the apartment of your choice or your rental requirements.
For on-line booking, once you have selected an available apartment, press 'book' at the bottom of the apartment's description page. This will bring you to the reservation form, which consists of 4 steps:
- Fill out the personal data, and if necessary those of your company.
- Under ”optional services” you may choose other services to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable.
- Then continue to 'payment'. Here you can verify all the data you filled out before, and pay the deposit with credit card. Please notice we cannot confirm any booking before receiving the deposit. Registered frequent users can also pay by bank transfer.
- Once you have paid, your booking will be confirmed. You will also have the possibility to print out all booking details. Moreover, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
Once you arrive in Barcelona, you should call our check-in staff (phone number in the confirmation email) and we will meet you at the apartment. We will take care of the check-in, hand-over the keys and answer all practical questions you might have. Upon check-in, you will also need to pay the outstanding amount of your rental, including a security deposit, either in cash or by credit card.
