higher profitability By responding to an increasing demand that takes accommodation in 3 and 4 star hotels and aparthotels as a reference, potential income of temporary rental is higher that the one from ordinary rental. According to the apartment and the season, and after deducting the expenses, the owner can earn 20% to 50% more than with ordinary rental.
more flexibility Leaseholders never stay more than 6 months, so this is the final limit of the owner's compromise.

the leaseholders Our main customers are company employees and managers; they are either posted in Barcelona, or temporarily transferred to take training courses or attend fairs, among other reasons. We also lodge tourists, mainly couples and families, who feel an apartment is cheaper, more comfortable and more attractive than a hotel. They generally come from Great Britain, France, Italy, Germany and the U.S.A. Some of our guests may be language or business schools students.
