Our main customers are company employees and managers; they are either posted in Barcelona, or temporarily transferred to take training courses or attend fairs, among other reasons. We also lodge tourists, mainly couples and families, who feel an apartment is cheaper, more comfortable and more attractive than a hotel. They generally come from Great Britain, France, Italy, Germany and the U.S.A. Some of our guests may be language or business schools students. |
