|How does the service work*?|
Our expertise in holiday apartment rentals enables us to provide services that facilitate the reservation process and that optimize your comfort during your stay.
Select the apartment and make the payment on-line. We only charge 20% of the total amount (even less in some cases). The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival at the apartment by cash or card.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up until 15 days prior to arrival. If you are unable to come, we will refund you the entire amount of the prepayment.
3Check-in at the apartment
We will meet you directly at the apartment, any time of the day. You just need to call us 45 minutes before arrival. In the morning if the cleaning hasn’t been completed you can even leave your luggage in the apartment. On Sundays and after 8pm, we will charge an extra 30€.
4Well equipped apartment
The apartments are totally equipped so, you can arrive with your luggage only. We provide towels and bed linens, personal cleaning set and usual cleaning products. In many apartments, you will also find what you need for the first breakfast and some other basic grocery products (oil, vinegar, salt and pepper)
5Weekly cleaning service
In every apartment, we organize a weekly cleaning service including change of towels and bed linens. In some apartments, the cleaning service is offered daily.
6Everything included without any extra charges
The prices include rental fees, water and energy expenses, cleaning and VAT.
