Partially refurbished in 2009, the apartment comprises four bedrooms - three doubles and one single - all furnished with 90 cm individual beds. There are three full bathrooms, two equipped with shower and one with a small bathtub.

The open plan living and dining area is light, spacious and airy. This space leads directly on to a terrace which affords sea views from the side and overlooks a lovely public garden.

The apartment Bella Easo faces the garden on one side and a large interior courtyard on the other.

The apartment does not come with private parking but there are a number of public car parks in the vicinity: Parking Plaza Zaragoza, Parking San Martín, Parking Buen Pastor...

The apartment is a great launching point, not only for a swim at La Concha beach, but for many of the city's other attractions including the Old Town, just a five-minute walk, with its famous restaurants and pintxo bars.
