Xarmant is a two-storey luxury apartment in one of San Sebastiáns most prime locations, just a few blocks from the citys Old Town, as well as Zurriola Beach and the Kursaal auditorium and convention centre. A short five-minute walk will also take you to La Concha Beach.

With 135 square metres of living space, Xarmant was fully refurbished in 2008 with high quality fixtures and fittings, and tastefully decorated with designer furniture.

The apartment enjoys views of the Urumea River, the spectacular Victoria Eugenia Theatre and a number of the citys most emblematic buildings.

Xarmant is located on the mezzanine- floor (absolutely safe) of a classic Belle Epoch style building and with high ceilings that accentuate the feeling of spaciousness.

Dark hardwood floors throughout the apartment, except for bathrooms and stairs, are set off with the light tones of the doors, walls and ceilings.

The main floor comprises a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining room with a large window that bathes the whole space in natural light. The stylish fully fitted kitchen features an island counter top with sink, glass ceramic hob and plenty of work space, and all the modern appliances and kitchenware youll need for a comfortable stay

The living area is furnished with two comfortable couches - one in dark leather, the other grey - where guests can enjoy flat-screen TV, quality sound system, DVD player and home cinema.

The main bedroom with double bed, large window and TV are also on the main floor. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with shower.

A well-lit white metal stairway leads down to the lower floor.

This floor features a laundry room with washer-dryer and ironing area, and a second bathroom. Next to this is a dressing room and a second bedroom with two single beds. The lower floor also features a second living room with TV and a sofa-bed that can comfortably sleep one adult or two children.
This way the apartment can easily accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

A parking space within a five-minute walk is also available for Xarmant guests.

The apartment features air conditioning, under floor heating throughout, WiFi ADSL internet connection, and telephone with free calls within Spain.
