This recently refurbished (2011) holiday apartment combines modern style decor with traditional high ceilings and beams. This gives it a cozy and elegant atmosphere.

The apartment Attic is ideally located in Plaza del Buen Pastor, a totally pedestrian square considered the “heart” of San Sebastian. The city’s Cathedral is situated in the centre of this placid square, surrounded by beautiful gardens and just a stroll from the famous La Concha beach.

The holiday accommodation has three double bedrooms. The main bedroom has two twin beds, a large wardrobe and a sofa bed. The particularly high ceilings stand out in this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a desk.

The apartment also has an open plan elegant lounge/dining room with two leather sofas in the lounge and seating for six people in the dining area.

There is a fully equipped bathroom with shower and a guests’ cloakroom in the accommodation. There is nothing to be missed either in the modern kitchen of this vacation apartment.

The fabulous location of the apartment Attic makes it perfect for you to explore San Sebastian. La Concha beach is just 200 metres away and just a five minute stroll is the other beach, Playa de la Zurriola, and the Convention Centre, Kursaal. At the same time, as it appears in the city map, the Old Town, is a mere 300 metres away. Here you will find a great deal of bars with “pintxos” and some of the most prestigious restaurants in the city.

There are two underground parkings next to the apartment, Buen Pastor and San Martin. Nevertheless, remember this is is the ideal holiday accommodation for you to forget the car and discover this fabulous city on foot.
