Studio Gran Vía is a luminous apartment, with beautiful wooden beams, located on the fourth floor of a cosy building (with elevator) in Calle Isabel la Católica. This 35m2 apartment is furnished and organized in order to optimize the space. This charming apartment and its stylish decoration offer all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in the centre of Madrid. The space is divided between the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, and a living area with flat TV screen, comfortable sofa and double bed. The separated bathroom completed the offer with a shower.

At a walking distance you will find the historical centre and the charming and animated neighbourhoods of Malasaña, Las Austrias, and La Latina, with an extraordinary variety of original shops, art galleries, tapas bars and restaurants.
