The area, in spite of being so close to the city centre, is very pleasant and quiet, due to scarce traffic and various big parks, among others the famous Ciudadela Park. The apartament is very well connected. The red underground line (stop Arc de Triumf at 200 m) will take you in less than 5 minutes to the central Plaza Catalunya, though you can also go on foot, and in approximately 10 minutes to Plaza Espanya, where you find the exhibition centre La Fira. Arc de Triomf also offers trains leaving for the Maresme Coast, just north of Barcelona. You will reach the Olympic Harbour and the beach after only a 10-minute walk.

We were all very satisifed with the apartment in Marina Park. Very quiet and close to where we were working.
Positive comment
Quick response whenever needed assistance.
Negative comment
The apartment needs a bit more equipment in the kitchen. For cooking you need to provide a proper knife (not the IKEA one) which is important when cooking for children.

This apartment provided all the comforts of home, even if it was a little cramped.
Positive comment
It was wonderful to have phone numbers and contact info and emails from so many of Aspasios employees. It made me feel I could contact them anytime.
Negative comment
The pricing was not fair - it took advantage of the World Congress. A month stay is cheaper than what I paid for one week.

Hola! We stayed at one of your Business Apartments at the Ciutadella for the whole month of August. It was a dream. We enjoyed so much our stay there in Barcelona that we are thinking to come again maybe next year and book with you the same apartment. The location was superb and the apartment in itself was amazing. It had everything you can dream of and I felt as if I was actually living there and this was excatly what we were looking for when we booked the holiday. The staff of Aspasios had been all the way through very professional and caring and thanks to them we had the most wonderful and unforgettable experience in Barcelona. Thank you so much for everything.

"We have been very satisfied with aspasios excellent customer service and support... We are pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the Marina Park apartment. Not only is it very well connected (the subway, tram, bus station are all within a couple of blocks), there are many restaurants close-by and also a big supermarket...We will definitely recommend our friends to stay with aspasios and look forward to a future visit to Barcelona."
