Aragó Executive 6A is an apartment where you will instantly feel at home thanks to the elegant parquet floor, the comfortable furniture, the quality finishes and the top quality amenities that create a cosy atmosphere. It is ideally set between Plaza Catalunya and Plaza España and benefits from excellent public transport.
This 63m2 apartment is located on the last floor of a recently renovated building with elevator. The elegant and spacious living and dining room receives much natural light all day long through the calm veranda. The very well equipped kitchen is partially separated from the main room. One of the three bedrooms is accessible through the living room. It has one individual bed and practical cupboard. The other two bedrooms enjoy the tranquillity of a balcony and have spacious cupboards where you can arrange your personal belongings. The master bedroom offers the commodity of a double bed, while the other has a single bed. Two very modern bathrooms complete the offer, one with bathtub and shower and the second one with a whirlpool shower.
