This 60m2 apartment is located on the fifth floor of a recently renovated building with elevator. The elegant and cosy living and dining room enjoys much natural light all day long and opens to a calm veranda. The perfectly equipped kitchen is partially separated from the main room. The two bedrooms enjoy the tranquillity of a balcony and have large cupboards where you can arrange your personal belongings. The master bedroom offers the commodity of a double bed, while the other has a single bed and an extra bed. Two very modern bathrooms complete the offer, one with bathtub and shower and the second one with shower.
