Molina 1 is a pleasant and comfortable apartment with lots of natural daylight coming in through the many large windows. It has been totally redecorated in Spring 2009 in an urban and contemporary style, with eye for many details. On top it has an excellent location, both for the residential and luxury neighbourhood of Sant Gervasi and the popular and cultural neighbourhood of Gracia, with excellent connections.
This 50 m2 apartment is located on a first floor in a building of five floors (with elevator). It has been furnished with quality furniture, and a nice stone floor. The pleasant and practical livingroom (with double sofabed) is very bright and forms one large space with the well-equipped American kitchen. The bedroom with double bed, located on the streetside with a new double glass window to guarantee full tranquillity, has a large cupboard where you can organise your personal belongings. The apartment offers a fully equipped bathroom with shower. There are three more apartments with similar characteristics in this building.

Nowadays this district is characterised by many elegant buildings, the spacious green parks and classy shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby, we find the more bohemian and culturally active Gracia district, which has small squares and streets full of life, creative shops, bars, cafes, movie theatres in original version and its own history as a former village. The nearest underground station is Fontana (green line), only 5 minutes away on foot. You will reach the historic city centre in less than 10 minutes.
