Verdaguer Apartment is a spacious and very well organized three-bedroom apartment, ideally situated between Passeig San Joan and Plaza Tetuan, fifteen minutes walking from the nice Gracia neighbourhood and the central Plaza Urquinaona. Moreover, it is extremely well connected to the rest of the city thanks to three different metro lines around.
This 110m2 apartment is set on the fourth floor of a building with elevator. It offers a large and comfortable living and dining room, an independent and well equipped kitchen with a separate room to store the different washing machines.
