It is a lovely place to live among the locals. It has a nice location on the Gran Via de las Cortes Catalanes, one of Barcelona's main arteries, with excellent connections and lovely modernist houses. The Eixample district as well as the old city centre, which is nearby, can easily be reached on foot. At 50 m you can take the red underground line (stop Urgell), either to go in 4-5 minutes to Plaza Catalunya or to the fairground Plaza Espanya. The direct airport bus stops at only a few meters.
