Factory Loft A is a splendid loft with lots of natural light inside an old factory. Its renovation (Spring 2007) has been done with a lot of taste, using real quality materials and furniture, and has kept the character and style of this industrial design spot. Thanks to its orientaton towards the inner courtyard, this apartment is very quiet. The apartment is located at a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia church and the Plaza Glories, where you will find a big shopping centre with restaurants and a supermarket, while the many local restaurants, bars and small shops offer all the neighbours of this tranquil area need. In less than ten minutes by underground you will arrive at the central Plaza Catalunya or famous Paseo de Gracia. The Encants stop (purple line) is just in front of the door, and the Glories and Clot stops (red line) are 400 m away. This 65 m2 one-space loft is located on a first floor (without elevator). The entrance of this old factory is absolutely authentic and not renovated yet, while once opening the front door of Factory Loft A a whole new world opens. An enormous and characteristic window lightens up the livingspace: an eating and dining area with pleasant details, and a very well equipped American kitchen. A big cupboard separates the living space from a first sleeping area with a double bed. The bedroom has private bathroom with shower in modern design.
