Calabria Studio is, in spite of its reduced size, a cosy, pleasant and well-equipped space. It natural daylight and nice decoration, with attention for even somehow romantic details, will quickly make you feel at home here. Its central location in an elegant and lively neighbourhood will come in handy in your daily life.
This 40 m2 apartment is set on a seventh floor (with elevator, though there are five steps downstairs). The bright living and dining area with American kitchen, just as the sleeping area with its double bed, gives out on the balconies on the streetside, the Gran Via Avenue with its modernist houses and old plane trees. You will enjoy full tranquillity thanks to the double window. Plenty of cupboards allow you to organise your personal belongings. The practical bathroom with shower and an electrical tower heater also keeps the washing machine out of sight.
