This 50m2 apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator; this position guarantees much natural light as well as tranquillity. The large living and dining room is perfectly organized into two atmospheres, with a comfortable living and a spacious dining table, as well as a perfectly equipped kitchen. It offers two quiet bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds, both with large closets. The bedroom with the double bed has access to the balcony over the inner yard. The other bedroom opens onto the living. The bathroom with shower completes the offer.
