Prices: 1-week rental minimum. Rental prices ranges between 1500.- and 4000 euros, in function of category, size and location of the apartment. Early bookings (6 month in advance) will benefit from special rates. Daily cleaning is charged apart if requested.
Confirmation: for bookings before 31 December 2012 50% prepayment is required to secure the booking, balance is due on 31 December 2012. For any booking from 1st January 2013, 100% payment will be required. Payments can be settled by credit card or bank transfer.
Damage guarantee deposit: a damage guarantee deposit will be required at arrival.
Cancellation conditions: our company incurs costs from the moment your reservation is confirmed. Consequently, the deposits paid cannot be refunded in any circumstances. However, please check with your insurance company whether you can get a refund.
