A 5 minute walk will take you to Atocha Station. It is a luminous one space studio of 40m2, framed by four balconies on the third floor of a completely restored traditional property. Satellite TV. No elevator. The studio has a bedroom area with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space, a sitting area and a large integrated kitchen which is fully equipped. The bathroom is separate. For this apartment, price includes a weekly cleaning service, with change of linen and towels once per week.
