Zurbano is an elegant and bright 200m2 penthous apartment on the sixth floor of a luxurious turn of the century house which has been fully restored to its former glory. Access is by walking through the original carriage entrance and from there to the private parking area, the main entrance and the porter´s office. The penthous has an elevator. As is customary in noble houses, our penthouse has two entrances.: the main entrance leads onto a spacious and beautifully appointed living/dining room with its terrace. The service entrance leads directly into te kitchen. The kitchen is large enough to have its own dining area as well. The property is a three bedroom, three bathroom (with bath) apartment, of which two are en-suite. The main bedroom has a double bed (180cm) and a wall of fitted cupboards as well as a comfortable living area.
