We advise you to read our terms & conditions carefully.

  1. Payment
  2. In order to confirm the booking aspasios has to receive a payment 20%-33%, according to the apartment, through credit card or transfer. Only on receipt of this payment we will confirm booking.
  3. When checking-in, the outstanding amount and the guarantee will to be paid. This can be done in cash or by credit card.
  4. Upon arrival we ask a guarantee in the range between 100 to 500 €, depending on the apartment. This amount will be refunded cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met. The day you will be asked to check the inventory, which will rechecked by us on the day of departure.
  5. The guarantee will not be refunded as a whole or partially in there are damages in the apartment or any costs caused by client. We will charge a 25€ fine in case the apartment not in a reasonable condition at the day of departure, e.g. kitchenware or furniture moved to other places.
  6. A 40€ extra will be charged for any reservation shorter five nights.
  7. Check-in, check-out
  8. You can check-in into the apartment from 14:00 h. In case you to enter earlier, please let us know, and we will see if can arrange an earlier check-in.
  9. On the day of departure the check-out time is 12:00 h. In case want to stay later, please ask the office, and we will do utmost to accommodate you.
  10. A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out operations will be applied to all reservations. There will be a 30 € surcharge in case you check-in after 20:00 h, check-out before 8:00 h or check in or out on Sunday.
  11. Changes
  12. You are allowed to change the dates of your stay or the apartment six weeks before arrival, without any fine. Afterwards, costs will apply.
  13. In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (unscheduled works, water damage,...) aspasios reserves the right to the client to an apartment of similar characteristics. case the client doesn't agree with the newly proposed apartment, has the right to cancel the booking and receive a total refund except the part corresponding to the days the apartment was used, the case occurs). aspasios will not be liable for further claims the client.
  14. Cleaning
  15. Per stay there will be a cleaning fee of 60 to 90 €. This cleaning will be performed prior to your arrival. For an occupation of three people or more, an additional 5 € per person per cleaning will be charged. Extra cleanings can be arranged on request.
  16. Number of guests
  17. It is not allowed to exceed the arranged number of persons without prior permission. In case of agreement the price is subject to change. The number of persons using the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for children under two years old. In case of infringement, the client shall be asked to leave the apartment at once and shall have no right to claim any type of compensation to aspasios.
  18. Cancellation conditions
  19. These are our cancellation conditions:
  20. cancellation 6 weeks or more before arrival: 20 € administration fee
  21. 6 weeks or less before arrival: no refund of prepayment
  22. Liability
  23. Guests and their accompanies declare explicitly to use the apartment at their own risk and relieve aspasios of all deduced claims of compensation.
  24. There is no liability for valuables brought by the guests.
  25. The guests are liable for all damages and impairments on the rented apartment or goods, as far as they exceed signs of wear and tear on normal usage.
  26. It is the guests' duty to pay for lost keys and cover additional costs of changing the lock.
  27. General rules
  28. Pets are not allowed.
  29. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment; it is only allowed on the balcony, terrace, in the patio and the garden.
  30. The specific house rules in each apartment should be respected (among others keeping silent at night and putting your rubbish in the special containers).
  31. Any of the infringements on the above mentioned terms allows the right to aspasios to require the immediate departure of the client from the apartment. The client shall have no right to claim a compensation whatsoever.
  32. Court of jurisdiction for all apartments is Barcelona .
  33. Personal data
  34. In compliance with article 5, section 1.a) of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, we inform you that the personal data you transmitted to us will be inserted in a file, which has been notified to the Agency for Data Protection, and will be processed and used in order to fulfil the services you selected. Access to these data is limited to those employees and providers who need to know these data in order to guarantee the before mentioned services. In all cases, you have the right to access, object to, correct and erase the data as foreseen in the Law mentioned before.
