prices
aspasios rents apartments at a daily basis rate, to which a supplement has to be added for any extra person starting with the third one. In general, prices vary according to season (high season mainly includes Holy Week (Easter), July, August, Christmas-New Year). Furthermore, prices vary in function of the apartment category and, within this criterion, according to size, characteristics and location of the building.

The price includes:
- accommodation
- energy, water and, if present, phone calls (only local calls)
- use of sheets and towels
- VAT (7%)
However, the price does not include:
- check-in and check-out global fee (20 €) nor cleaning service at the end of the stay (from 60 to 90 €)
- in case of arrival later than 20:00, extra "late check-in" (30.- €)
- in case of departure prior to 08:00, extra "early check-out" (30.- €)
- in case of arrival or departure on sunday, "Sunday extra" (30.- €)
- in case of a stay shorter than 5 nights, extra "short stay" (40.- €)
- the complementary services that are hired
Discounts and offers (not applicable for 03GSM):
- all stays over 6 nights offer a 5% to 15% discount.
- registered users enjoy a permanent discount of 2%. Click here to register before booking an apartment.
- in case you book more than 4 months ahead, we advise you to first check the offers published under "first minute offers", with discounts up to 40%.
- every last week of the month, we publish our last minute offers of the upcoming month. Some include discounts up to 30%.
