how to book?
Select the apartment of your choice. Use the search fields to quickly locate the apartment that suits you most.
Once you have selected an available apartment, press "book" at the bottom of the apartment's description page. This will bring you to the reservation form, which consists of four steps:
- Fill out the personal data, and if the case those of your company, that are asked for.
- Under "extra services" you can book more services to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable.
- Then continue to "payment". Here you can verify all the data you filled out before, and pay the deposit with credit card. Please notice we cannot confirm any booking before receiving the deposit. Registered frequent users can also pay by bank transfer.
- Once you have paid, your booking will be confirmed. You will also have the possibility to print out all booking details. Moreover, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
Once you arrive in Barcelona, you should call our check-in staff (phone number in the confirmation email) and we will meet you at the apartment. We will arrange the check-in, hand-over the keys and answer all practical questions you might have. Upon check-in, you will also need to pay the remaining amount of your stay, including a guarantee, be it in cash or by credit card.
