Urquinaona Design 2A est un appartement agréable, spacieux et tranquille situé dans un immeuble rénové il y a peu. Ses couleurs vives, son mobilier de qualité et la décoration raffinée en font un endroit accueillant et confortable, en plus d´être idéalement situé dans le centre de Barcelone, dans le quartier de l´Eixample avec son architecture moderniste, à deux pas de la centrale Plaza Catalunya.
Cet appartement de 90m2 se trouve au 3ème étage (avec ascenseur et quelques marches à gravir). Il donne sur le patio intérieur ce qui vous garantira une tranquillité totale, très appréciable dans le centre de Barcelone. Le salon confortable est divisé entre le coin salon et la salle à manger, et a été séparé de la cuisine parfaitement équipée. La TV par satellite vous propose de nombreuses chaînes internationales. L´appartement comporte trois chambres: la chambre principale dispose d´un grand lit, la seconde d´un lit simple et la troisième de lits superposés, toutes trois offrent de nombreux rangements. Deux belles salles de bains complètent l´offre. Vous pourrez profiter du grand solarium communautaire pour siroter un agréable verre en profitant de la vue sur les toits de Barcelone.
