L’appartement Bruc Style A a été inauguré au printemps 2010. La décoration de cet appartement douillet et tranquille, situé dans un immeuble moderniste du 19ème siècle, peut être définie comme « urban chic » tout en ayant maintenu les superbes portes et plafonds d’origine. Il offre un emplacement central, à côté de la Plaza Urquinaona et la Plaza Catalunya.
Cet appartement accueillant de 60m2 se situe au 4ème étage. L’appartement donne sur la cour intérieure et donc jouit d’une tranquillité absolue. Il dispose d’un agréable salon salle à manger avec une galerie recevant beaucoup de lumière l’après midi et une cuisine séparée parfaitement équipée. La chambre élégante, avec un grand lit, dispose d’une spacieuse armoire et d’un balcon. Deux salles de bain, dont une donnant sur la chambre, complètent l’offre avec deux douche.
