C´est un appartement de 60m2 situé au 1er étage d´un immeuble récemment restauré, avec ascenseur. Le vaste salon salle à manger donne sur la véranda et donc, est très lumineux. La cuisine partiellement séparée dispose de tout l´équipement nécessaire à votre confort. Les deux chambres donnent également sur le balcon et sont très lumineuses grâce aux grandes fenêtres. Une chambre est dotée d´un grand lit tandis que l´autre d´un lit simple et d´un lit d´appoint. Les deux salles de bains sont très modernes, la grande dispose d´une baignoire, et la seconde d´une douche.
