Gran Vía Suites 2 est un appartement très pratique et idéalement situé sur l´Avenue Gran Vía, à quelques mètres de la station de métro d´Urgell. C´est un appartement compact et très pratique si vous devez vous rendre à un congrès à la Fira de Barcelona ou si vous souhaitez visiter le centre ville.
Cet appartement de 35m2 se trouve au 4ème étage avec ascenseur. Il profite d´une décoration raffinée et d´un agencement très pratique et bien pensé. Le salon salle à manger est très lumineux et profite d´une cuisine américaine parfaitement équipée. La chambre double est discrètement séparée par un mur qui garantie une totale intimité. La petite salle de bain complète l´offre avec une douche. Gran Vía est une des avenues principales de Barcelone, en plus de nombreux transports publics il y a beaucoup de circulation ce qui peut entraîner des nuisances sonores, en dépit du double vitrage.

Cet appartement se situe sur la Gran Vía de les Corts, une des plus grandes artères de Barcelone, un endroit idéal pour vivre parmi les habitants du quartier. Le quartier de l´Eixample est le résultat de l´expansion de Barcelone sous l´influence de la bourgeoisie durant la seconde moitié du XIXème siècle. Vous y trouverez la majorité des demeures modernistes superbes.
De plus, depuis a station de métro Urgell (50m) vous rejoindrez le centre historique de Plaza Catalunya de convention de la Fira en 4-5 minutes. Il existe aussi un arrêt de bus, Aérobus, qui vous mène directement à l´aéroport. Bien entendu, le quartier dispose d´une multitude bars, restaurants et de magasins.
