L´appartement Universitat est un trésor: il offre à la fois un emplacement idéal, une décoration soignée et pratique ainsi qu´un agencement intelligent. Il est situé en plein centre et donc est idéal comme point de départ pour une découverte à pied ou pour prendre les transports publics.
Cet appartement de 55m2 se situe au 1er étage avec ascenseur. Universitat est très bien distribué: il comporte un grand salon (avec un grand canapé lit) dont un coin salle à manger, une cuisine très bien équipée, une chambre donnant sur le patio intérieur et donc très calme avec un grand lit et une immense armoire encastrée et une salle de bain avec baignoire. Il y a également une petite buanderie vous permettant de ne pas avoir les différentes machines en vue. Le double vitrage dans le salon qui donne sur la rue, vous garantie une totale tranquillité.
