Le lumineux appartement se trouve au 4ème étage (avec ascenseur) d´un superbe immeuble moderniste créé par le célèbre architecte catalan: Domènech i Montaner. Sa fille a longtemps vécu au 1er étage. La propriétaire qui est peintre a elle-même décoré l´appartement dans son propre style doux, personnel avec quelques unes de ses œuvres.
Cet appartement de 50m2 est très lumineux, pratique et parfaitement équipé. Le salon salle à manger est très agréable et confortable; la cuisine américaine totalement équipée est partiellement séparée. La chambre double vous accueille avec un grand lit et une immense armoire encastrée. La salle de bain dispose d´une baignoire pouvant être utilisée comme une douche.
