Gran Vía est une des avenues principales de Barcelone, en plus de nombreux transports publics il y a beaucoup de circulation ce qui peut entraîner des nuisances sonores, en dépit du double vitrage.

Cet appartement se situe sur la Gran Vía de les Corts, une des plus grandes artères de Barcelone, un endroit idéal pour vivre parmi les habitants du quartier. Le quartier de l´Eixample est le résultat de l´expansion de Barcelone sous l´influence de la bourgeoisie durant la seconde moitié du XIXème siècle. Vous y trouverez la majorité des demeures modernistes superbes.
De plus, depuis a station de métro Urgell (50m) vous rejoindrez le centre historique de Plaza Catalunya de convention de la Fira en 4-5 minutes. Il existe aussi un arrêt de bus, Aérobus, qui vous mène directement à l´aéroport. Bien entendu, le quartier dispose d´une multitude bars, restaurants et de magasins.
