Gran de Gracia Classic est un appartement merveilleux dans un bâtiment moderniste du XIXème siècle. Il est très lumineux, confortable et original, avec une décoration très soigné et des éléments originaux. C’est un appartement très calme et silencieux car les fenêtres ne donnent pas sur la rue. Ce troisième étage de 110 m2 a deux chambres à coucher qui donnent sur une cour intérieure, une double et un autre avec un lit gigogne. Le salon, qui donne sur une terrasse de 6 m2, dispose de plusieurs canapés et fauteuils et d’un coin repas avec une belle table en bois. La cuisine est indépendante et entièrement équipée.
