Central Eixample est un appartement très bien équipé mais surtout charmant et qui offre une ambiance très accueillante et chaleureuse. C´est un réel plaisir de profiter de cet appartement très ensoleillé. Malgré son emplacement central dans le quartier de l´Eixample, il jouit de beaucoup de tranquillité et de calme grâce à son orientation vers le patio intérieur.
Cet appartement de 65m2 se trouve au 1er étage (appelé ici "principal"), sans ascenseur (avec une vingtaine de marches pour atteindre l´appartement). Le salon salle à manger est spacieux et confortable, et visuellement séparé de la cuisine américaine très bien équipée. Il dispose de deux chambres, une avec un grand lit et l´autre avec un lit simple, mais toutes deux avec une grande armoire où ranger vos affaires personnelles. Le salon et la chambre principale donnent sur une véranda vitrée très ensoleillée. Les machines à laver et le sèche-linge sont situés dans une buanderie séparée. Une grande et agréable salle de bain, avec une baignoire et une douche séparée complète l´offre.

L´appartement se situe dans la rue Aribau, dans la partie supérieure du quartier de l´Eixample, très proche de la prestigieuse avenue Diagonal et du fabuleux Passeig de Gracia. Dans ce quartier, vous découvrirez une offre culturelle, gastronomique et de boutiques très riche et inégalable à Barcelone.
De plus, d´excellentes connexions vous permettent de vous déplacer facilement dans Barcelone: à 300m seulement l´arrêt Provenza des trains Ferrocarrils de Generalitat vous mène en 3 minutes à Plaza Catalunya. Les lignes de métro bleue et verte (arrêts Hospital Clinic et Diagonal) sont également très près de l´appartement.
